Hi,

It appears that this code is no longer able to read sav files. When I execute it, it halts at line 492 of read_sav.jl,
if !preDef. My best guess is that Julia no longer identifies 0 and 1 as false and true. Replacing this line with if preDef == 0 unfortunately halted directly afterwards in line 421, scalar = typeCode in DTYPE_DICT, with the error

AbstractDict collections only contain Pairs;
Either look for e.g. A=>B instead, or use the keys or values
function if you are looking for a key or value respectively.
This too is probably easily fixable by someone who knows how to work with Dicts, but unfortunately that someone is not me.

It would be nice if this package could be fixed; it seems very valuable and useful to me!
