ConnectionRefusedError， 应该是端口没打开。
在容器外面 netstat -nltp 看一下？
确定你的 mirai 已经装了 mirai-http-api 插件了嘛？

原来容器中没有配置Mirai，需要自己部署吗
我以为容器中环境都已经配置好了，readme文档只要求一个config.json文件

或者您使用这个项目提供的 docker 也可以： https://github.com/xzsk2/Mirai-Docker
使用 docker-compose 把这俩连接起来就好了。
