Depending on your system. I suggest to add it to "Start at startup" programs.
Here : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/run-program-automatically-windows-starts#1TC=windows-7
Add the EXE file SpotifyStatusApplet.exe at startup, and it should be start each time your keyboard start.
