不支持纯真 IP 的文件格式，但如果是纯真 IP 导出了纯文本 CIDR，是可以的。
另外，个人认为 IPIP.net 足够准确了

是纯真的ipcidr，我之前测试不可以

与已有的 CIDR 会合并在一起，所以不能直观地看到，只要没报错，就是对的。

我看了生成的文件大小和ipcidr的内容，ipipnet ipv4和纯真的ipv4同时添加只会生成其中一个的ipv4

ipipnet 和纯真的数据，肯定有大量的重复，这些重复的 CIDR 都会去重、合并在一起。
举例：1.0.0.0/24 在 ipip.net 数据里，1.0.0.0/26 在纯真的数据里，二者会合并成一条：1.0.0.0/24
