While plugin seems to be impressive, I failed to get a decent Installation 
procedure. When I downloaded it, it just couple of js and css files. Am not 
sure what exactly is needed to make this work.

Please help.

It looks like you open app.html in your web browser and drag+drop the Slow 
Query log into it. However I was not able to get it to work.

It get's stuck at "Loading mysql_slow.log (n/a) - 12519698 bytes" for me.

Judging by how old this issue is, I'd say the developer has dropped the project.

That do work for me, I have only 556 entries for now though.

I get the following error at console:

Fixed for the mysql 5.5.3 slow query logs.
I had this error too:
caught TypeError: Cannot read property 'split' of undefined
it should be fixed here:
