Testing generations, making vanilla GT + CC compatible ore generation. We are one step towards alpha now.

Works... for now (alpha):
- Ready veins combination in json (for basemod), and reflects GT5U! However, this will change for our pack.
- Surface rocks work, now to make a flooded variant!
- Ore Generation rework? Instead of how many 3x3x3 chunks should attempt to generate a vein and its secondary vein. But how many veins in a 3x3x3/a chunk?

Stone generations treated accordingly. All stones now spawn more rare in overworld but more in the Beneath + Nether. (You need GT stones to make magic ingredients.)

World generation completerino. Just natural gas left, GregTech however is going through another worldgen overhaul, potentially to create some sort of layer filling system (CC compat?)
