So i guess "wontfix" because it's not possible to differentiate between normal web-login and remote.php logins?

yes, i don't know how differentiate login's origin in the authentication class. This is a problem for me too, it's for this purpose that I create "Standard OR OTP authentication" mode.

Have you asked the the ownCloud Devs? Maybe they can tell you how to do this? Because IMHO this really is a necessary functionality, otherwise it breaks the whole ownCloud and OTP idea. One would like to have the sync feature and two-factor authentication, to improve security via web access. Now you can only choose between convenient login via OTP and the possibility to sync or security without any sync.
