feature request: MFA email otp about logto HOT 5 OPEN

What problem did you meet?

We are considering adopting logto for our organization and customer login, but there's a limitation for us on the MFA side: we can easily turn on MFA with an authenticator but no option is present to enable it as an OTP via email, that currently is only working to confirm the email on user's sign-up procedure.

Describe what you'd like Logto to have

Enable mail OTP as an MFA method for all users.

Thanks for the sugguestion, Email OTP as an authentication factor is good, we are planning "MFA 2.0" for the new year, will take into consideration.
