Use multi group Raft with OnDisk about dragonboat-example HOT 2 CLOSED

Is it even possible? Idea is that you could have chunks of data spread across different raft groups and using OnDiskCluster to persist / recover snapshots?

Yes, it will work. Basically you can use OnDisk state machine to build a persistent storage and use that to store snapshots.

Also, this is by far the best Raft implementation in Golang, super easy to use, great performance.

However, the example for multigroup is using StartCluster. I have trouble getting it to work with StartOnDiskCluster. It seems that nodes cannot reach each other. Is it something i've messed up, or multi group works only with normal StateMachine and not the OnDisk one?

Also, I'd be interested to contribute if i find something interesting to add. I am currently just experimenting with the library.
