YouTube feed broken about lmms.io HOT 4 CLOSED

Yeah, it's trying to do a foreach on an empty object. When the web JSON data is empty (or appears like an empty data set), it silently falls back to the local filesystem cache version. However, when the local filesystem cache is empty, it is a hard crash and PHP explodes. We could probably make a prettier error message, but since the YouTube content was all deleted, this will continue to remain empty and display this error. I anticipated this as you can see in the comments.

YouTube's API changes ever-so-slightly depending if you want to grab playlist items or uploaded items, but we have neither right now, so we're in a waiting game. Here's the snippet explaining it:
