the solution mentioned here is not working for the latest Flutter update.

Yes I did, I updated the android/settings.gradle, like this:

plugins {
    id "dev.flutter.flutter-plugin-loader" version "1.0.0"
    id "com.android.application" version "7.4.1" apply false
}

That fix the issue for me, hope will be fine for you as well!
