Given the spec:

livebook/lib/livebook/file_system/s3.ex

 secret_access_key: String.t() | nil, 

 token: String.t() | nil 

 }

I think making sure the token is always nil (option 2) is better. We should likely merge the result of Map.take() into %{token: nil, access_key_id: nil, secret_access_key: nil}.
