Kernel mainlining about linux-sunxi HOT 3 OPEN

As stepping stone toward mainlining I have started to port the 3.0-v2 kernel to 3.3 (without the android patchset).

I chose 3.3 because:

1. it's the same Igloo uses in their Ububntu/Linaro 12.04 release, including mali drivers.
2. it's the next android kernel-common after 3.0, very likely to be used by Android 5.0
3. it's the same version Allwinner is working on at the moment.

3.3.8 (coming out these days) will be the last stable of the 3.3 serie, and the 3.4 branch in android's kernel-common seems to be more active than 3.3's (which hasn't get mainstream merges since v3.3-rc6).

so it seems the 3.3 "step" won't last long. After this wip branch reaches usuable state I'll jump to 3.4.

I've just pushed a wip branch forward porting what we had in 3.3 to 3.4.4, wip/sunxi-3.4/forward. it was pretty smooth.
