Yeah I think so. It is very self contained but requires understanding some components. It will require some help but I think it's a good newbie project. What do you think?

What is the total work involved? 2 weeks? 3 weeks? A newbie issue should be something that focuses on a narrow part of Ambry and should take 1 week to fix.

Shouldn't take more than a week end-to-end including tests but requires some understanding of Netty. I can remove the newbie tag for now.
