@sml-khamilton please check that you use the latest version of ngDialog (for the moment - 0.3.0). Also be sure that you're using it with Angular 1.2, not-stable Angular version is not tested with ngDialog yet, so there no guarantees that it will work.
As an example check this - https://github.com/likeastore/ngDialog/blob/master/example/index.html#L153
Everything should work fine. If it still fails for you somehow then share a fiddle or smth. Thanks!
