1. You can access the senna.App instance initialized by data attributes via:

var app = senna.dataAttributeHandler.getApp();

1.1) In order to set one transition per surface you can set a css class with the transition name on each surface, e.g.:

<div class="senna-transition-foo" id="surface1"></div>
<div class="senna-transition-bar" id="surface2"></div>

Each of those custom transitions needs to be implemented via CSS like the default fade we provide here https://github.com/eduardolundgren/senna/blob/master/src/senna.css#L46-L58.

2. Using that from the data attributes app instance, e.g.:

var app = senna.dataAttributeHandler.getApp();
app.navigate('/path');

from senna.js.
