This is not a defect. We figured that the package was not stable enough. We aim at rewritting it in C for better performance. As it was it was hardly useable even for small scale triangle soups on Android. If you rely on it you can always get the specific files from one of the earlier revisions. If you do not need full featured collision detection and response but only intersection testing have a look at com.badlogic.gdx.math.Intersector. Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm closing this for now.
