Just back from a vacation. Have you got this solved?
- Added a predition part in both Torch and TF after training, also a eval part in yolov8#training-using-pytorch-backend-and-ultralytics.
- One issue after training using ultralytics package is that, the output is in
[left, top, right, bottom], orxyxyformat, but eval and show here using[top, left, bottom, right], oryxyxformat. This may change in the future. - The
1,65,2100shape is the model raw output shape, and further processing is done in torch_wrapper.py#L76-L83. This also applied for the original yolov8 eval mode. - The confidences values over 1.0 is caused by the parameter
classifier_activation=None, that not applyingsoftmaxon output. You may notice this parameter differ in above prediction usage for Pytorch or TF backend.
