The game worked for me, i didn't have any issues with folder access
Note: it's my current PC that i play games on and it's not a clean install.
What i did was
- Install the game from Riot Games website
- Install via their Riot Client launcher
- Restarted Client cause it didn't downloaded 1st time
- Restarted PC after downloading, because it prompted
- Game shows 2 errors:
- TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot
- VAN 1067 at the boot
- Went to BIOS, disabled CSM, Enabled Firmware TPM + The option below
- Then switched Secure Boot mode from '
Other OS' (Cause i dualboot with Arch Linux) to 'Windows UEFI mode'

I'll now run "again" the 'Apply Tweaks' option to re-debloat.
After debloating and rebooting:
10:00AM
"No problemo!"

I get a conclusion that this issue is invalid, cause the latest version OUT OF INSIDER PROGRAM is 22000.318
The Image from Windows installed was from uup-dump website, which was 22000.346, not the official source from Microsoft.
And i think (i may be wrong), because he executed RED: https://github.com/hxseven/Remove-Empty-Directories/releases
To Remove Empty Windows Folders, you change something on the Valorant folder, the integrity should be affected, and that may be the reason that the permissions are wrong.
The last version of RED was before Windows 11 announcement and release, another reason to not do that.
