Stack allocated bind_scope_t causes stack-use-after-return about ledger HOT 1 OPEN

I found several stack-use-after-free with cmake -DBUILD_DEBUG=ON -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="-fsanitize=address -fsanitize-address-use-after-scope" -DCMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS="-fsanitize=address -fsanitize-address-use-after-scope" -DCMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS="-fsanitize=address -fsanitize-address-use-after-scope"

  This post_t::add_to_value is notable point where I can find the issue most prominently, but there should be several places doing the same mistakes.
• I tried both copying expr in the function above to avoid storing the stack-allocated temporal bind_scope_t into op/expr, or Changed most of the expr_t& to expr_t in https://github.com/ledger/ledger/blob/master/src/filters.h to avoid leaking dangled stack pointers, but neither worked.

For now I don't have enough spare time so just put some debug information FYI.
