PSKreporter reporting not working for me.... about digiskimmer HOT 2 CLOSED

I also note there is no log file, though the directory is there. Perhaps these two problems are related.

I put in a few debugging print statements into pskreporter.py like this:
if "LOG_SPOTS" in Config.get() and Config.get()["LOG_SPOTS"]:

time.strftime("%y%m%d", time.localtime()))

with open(file, "a") as f:
f.writelines(spot_lines)

saved and restarted the fetch.py, and things are working now. I'm not sure why it didn't work before.
