In theory, the order should always be the same (so pairing would be inferred). However, just in case and to make it visudally obvious, add the stream ID to each value.
Suggestion for formatting multiple values, use a stream_n: prefix where we have multiple values and use a space delimiter. Keep the existing format for single srteams. i.e.
Multiple streams:
stream_0:AVC stream_2:MJEG stream_5:MJEG
Single stream:
AVC
