make install works if make subproject.doxygen has also been run for all subprojects.
I think either a message should be output after make doxygen is called for the super-project, or make doxygen also builds the doxygen info for all subprojects. Because this will cause some headaches in the future.

Ok, make install without make doxygen is broken due to #26. Following that approach we should not install doxygen by default.
For the original issue, I am wondering if doxygen shouldn't be ran on all sources once and create one big html page instead of one for each subproject!

I think it should recursively call make doxygen for all subprojects.
