It appears to be a bit tricky to implement, as build is also called when persisting relations…
The problem is that we're using the same build method for both public and internal usage.
I think we should separate the concerns, by implementing a new internalBuild method. But it might break BC with people injecting some customized builder, though it should be a rare case.
Your opinion on this?

Just to point this out, Builder already has something similar: public attributesFor and protected getAttributes.
