problem loading boolean false about jupiter HOT 2 CLOSED

Nil values in lua don't need to be stored for explicit access. If we have an empty script and do print(x) we get nil. Knowing this, we don't need to actually load a nil/false value, and even if we did we would end up with the same result. Similarly nil values aren't stored to files (how do we know what nil values to write?).

If you try and test for a nil value without the above line, it would always return true (as the value would be a string of "nil" or "false").
