Admins need the ability to despawn horses about homestead-rsg HOT 2 OPEN

We could do that other option but in terms of simplicity and pure functions I would personally like something like /adh or something that differs from /dh. Also what if an admin does /dh on accident or even /adh which is too close. I am not sure I think we should ask Prim to join in on this discussion.

my opinion on this is i dont understand whats needed beyond step1. the owner doesnt care if the horse is sent back. They are the ones that left it where it was to begin with and naturally accept responsibility should anything be stolen. to futher that, how many notifications do we want sent in their eyes before it becomes unimersive?The build up of horses has affected counties the same way the buildup of import cars have in fivem. doctors/lawmen will go around the town and try to despawn them themselves. Chances are if the horse was left, the owner knows because they are the ones that left them. additionally, if the horse is too far away, the system doesnt recognize it as their horse anymore and when they go to call the horse, a new one spawns and now you have 2. no fault of the owners though. The only thing that could differ dh and adh is the ability to stand NEXT to the horse and despawn it. where as /dh you HAVE to be sitting on the horse. and sometimes you cant get on the persons horse so it just sits there half dead or just taking up space.
