usually when MATLAB crashes, it will create matlab_crash_dump files in the %TEMP% directory containing a crash dump and a log. Inspect the stack trace in the log file, it will tell you what caused the segfault...
If the error originated from a MEX-file, recompile it with debugging symbols enabled and step through the code using VS2010 (see this guide for more info)

After manipulating with mexopts.bat, (linking opencv lib , ...) it works perfectly.
I must thank you for your great work. This mexopencv is really awesome!!!

normally you shouldn't have to edit mexopts.bat to get mexopencv to compile/link correctly...
Anyway, all the credit goes to @kyamagu for this great project :)
