FAST Corner Detection ( And others) about mexopencv HOT 3 CLOSED

Although I understand there is demand for adjusting 0-based index to 1-based index in mexopencv, this is not an easy task due to the large influence to the API. Changing 0-based index to 1-based index can affect any opencv algorithm that deals with image coordinates. This not only include corner detection but also any detection algorithm, geometric operations, image warping, drawing, or anything that takes image coordinates as input/output. Moreover, any 0-based index such as that in keypoints should be changed to 1-based for consistency. It is a bad design to mix up two indexing schemes. Because of this large influence, I would say the index conversion won't be added anytime soon, though I will keep this in mind.
