I'm also having a little difficulty figuring out how to make this work - however my setup is a bit more complex than the simplistic example provided. How would one make use of this in a more real-world setup where multiple components are being used - including a nav
which is its own component?
Example:
<app>
<nav component>
<page component 1>
<page component 2>
<page component 3>
</app>
How would one wire this up where the <nav component>
is highlighting as you scroll through the page of components? Essentially inside the nav
is a list and each li
corresponds to a page component. As you scroll through the page, as each page component is reached, the corresponding nav li
should get an active class.
It seems simple enough to set this up on a single page, but in a more real-world setting where your page is made up of multiple components, I'm having a bit of difficulty. Any advice would be appreciated!
