Doesn't work correctly for a branch other than master about git-sync HOT 5 CLOSED

Yeah I can confirm this issue.
When setting GIT_SYNC_BRANCH and GIT_SYNC_REV to a specific branch it seems to update to the right commit. The problem then is, that on each non updating run it throws an error such as:
error syncing repo: error running command: exit status 128: "fatal: '/etc/source/rev-13a93194f52c28591e2fee7e93666d8e1f7a4b50' already exists\n"

from git-sync.

You should only need to set one of branch or rev, I think. I'll have to
check - that part predated my touching it :)

I can't repro this. I am writing a test to cover this, and it passes just fine. I'll post the test momentarily, and you can tell me what I am doing wrong...
