Hmm, this appears to only happen when looking at files locally. If I open up the same generated content in two browser tabs, one served up through apache (http://) and the other just using file://, only the latter has this problem.

Hey man, thanks for pointing these issues out - I'll be able to have a good look at them tomorrow. This one carries over from the original, and it's just something to do with browser security. Will see if there's a workaround at some point...

It's an issue with Chrome (maybe WebKit?) and there's no nice way around it - best just run it through Apache.
