Style.css Not Generated When Using SASS about kss-node HOT 7 CLOSED

I'm having the same problem using kss-node with Grunt Styleguide

So sad. I also having this problem. It looks like it creates empty style.css in its folder, but nothing else. But if i paste there compiled sass, it immediatly works.

i have solved that problem, by compiling the sass file into outDirectory/public/style.css.

i think that kss-node is doing the right thing here, because it is not a sass compiler, you should use a compiler for your sass separately.

Sorry to say this guys, but I'm no longer maintaining this module - it was one of my first OSS releases, there's a lot that I'd like to change but I've got a lot on my plate at the moment.

Regarding the issue, I'm unsure - but as @johannestroeger pointed out if you compile your SASS with comments first you should be able to work around this. If I were to write it again, kss-node wouldn't handle compilation at all and take this approach instead :)

If you are landing here from a random Google search, this is a fixed issue in the recently released 2.0 version of a very-much-now-maintained kss-node. :)
