dot command file fails to execute about kitty HOT 4 CLOSED

you need to make sure latekmk is in your system wide PATH not the one
set in your shell's rc files. kitty runs before any shell.

I've added the path /Library/TeX/texbin to /etc/paths. It worked, but once I enabled shell_integration, it again failed. Now disabling shell_integration is also not helping. Kitty reports seeing the path :

	PATH                                /Applications/kitty.app/Contents/MacOS:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/Library/TeX/texbin
	LANG                                en_US.UTF-8
	SHELL                               /usr/local/bin/zsh

The executable latexmk is also situated in /Library/TeX/texbin :

/Library/TeX/texbin/latexmk

Similarly, fswatch is installed in

/usr/local/bin/fswatch

But, if the same is launched through .command file, then Kitty reports it missing.

What am I missing now?

Rebooted. Still failed.
Then checked the /Library/TeX/texbin/latexmk path again. It contained a symlink to latexmk. I think kitty is for some reason ignoring all executable which are symlinked.
Anyhow, I found the actual file and added to /etc/paths. Now, everything works.

Thanks for creating this terminal. It will take me some time to make kitty follow my requirements, it appears. Never stop learning though.
