With `symbol_map` set, kitty still renders nerd font icons in two ways about kitty HOT 5 CLOSED

Every nerd font below is followed by a space, but why is that the same icons are rendered in a cell or two cells at the same time?

You can see in the third column, that the first row's icon is obviously bigger.

The only reason I know of why it would render smaller is if there isnt actually a space and by this I mean a regulat U+0020 space, following it. If you feel differently then please provide a reproducer not involving some large complex thrid party software. Or if you cant do that, then use --dump-bytes to produce a log.

For the bigger icon, log is something like <U+E615> config.

For the smaller icon, log is <U+E612>ESC[3;48Hignore.

Ok, so for smaller icons, there is no space following icons, but a move position CSI, that makes sense.

So the problem is with joshuto's way of placing nerd font, I assume?
