PBILの方で，親の数の上限を超えそうな遺伝子にペナルティを与えることにしました。これが良いのかどうかわかりませんが。
ただそうすると，最後に遺伝子を丸めて隣接行列の推定値にする時に，indegreeが上限を超えてくる時があります。むむむ。
表現形が乱数に依存するからなあ。うーん。

SimpleGAのほうがGAの遺伝子＝エッジの有無なので直接的な制約になりそうですね。
その辺ももう少し工夫してみます。

いずれにせよ，ベストな結果は出てきませんね。テキストに書いてあるように，ヒントぐらいに思うのが良さそう。

PBILの方、遺伝子から生成した時に列和が制限を超えたら確率の高い２つだけ選んであとは強制的にゼロにし、ペナルティも与える、というのもあるか。

simpleGAのときは、集団の平均で順序づけて必要な数だけ残す、というのでもいいか…

列我が上限を超えたら，普通にサンプリングすることにしました。その方が計算としては早いし，PBBILの方は表現形の生き残り平均になるので，自然と淘汰圧がかかるかなと思いまして。
