Undo being broken after decreased actually happens with every type of operator search (Increased/Decreased etc).
This has been fixed in brkzlr/libscanmem-PINCE@6a9cf77
I'll check the unknown issue and create a PR for both of these once it's fixed.

PR to fix the undo issues is up: #227
As discussed privately, the unknown type issue cannot really be resolved as it's just scanmem parsing logic which tries to fit a type to every possible memory combination, which most of the time it's not possible.
Ignoring it like GameConqueror does is the best solution right now and I'm pretty sure that all of the unknown values are not usable values by the user in a real-life scenario as well.
We can revisit this issue if an important value is ignored because of unknown shenanigans.
