there's no way to delete old entries. There are 3 levels:

•   ipfs cache - not really a worry, you can control how big it is
  

•   OrbitDB on-disk storage - the whole database is there
  

•   OrbitDB in-memory data structures: the whole database is there
  

by adding something like this to IPFS service

    environment:
      IPFS_SWARM_KEY_FILE: /run/secrets/swarm.key
    secrets:
      - IPFS_SWARM_KEY_FILE

last time i tried, js-ipfs failed to install, or wasn't compatible with ipfs, or some other problem.

in demonitor, make sure js-ipfs works with ipfs
-> clear docker cache
-> deploy the project locally
-> focus in on errors

deploy the project locally
-> run deploy.py
