Hi, @Jamesking56.
Do you think current Laravel app should be updated or both versions should be supported? I'm not aware how big changes are coming in version 5.
from notejam.
Well for one the directory structure has changed and Laravel 5 introduces lots more features.
I think we should update the Laravel 4.1 version you have to 4.2 (the latest in the 4.X branch) and then have a Laravel 5 version when that goes stable.

Could you please help with update to version 4.2 for now?
from notejam.
Yeah I can do definately, that should be relatively easy, I'll fork and post a pull request when I've done that

Just a quick follow up on this since its been a while, Laravel 5 is pretty close to launching so I may create a laravel 5 version of note jam and PR it once L5 is stable

@Jamesking56, would be great :)

So following up on this, should a new app be created for laravel 5 or update the current one?
from notejam.
Hi @osiux,
I would update the current one. Current 4.x version can be accessed by a tag.

I'm going update Laravel to version 5.x. Stop me if someone already started the process.

@komarserjio any update on laravel 5.x?
from notejam.
Unfortunately no updates here. Laravel is still on version 4.
