To enable PWA, first make sure you are on HTTPS. Then make sure you renamed the example manifest file and updated it to match your project.

Koel has full support for PWA, but feel free to open another issue if you find any bugs.

Then there might be a bug that stops web browsers from knowing that Koel supports PWA. Maybe its the problem with the container. I've deployed Koel in Docker and there was no option to install Koel webUI as a PWA in any browser that I have tried (chromium, edge, brave and ios safari).
But I no longer us Koel so I would not be able to help catch it.
