Wtf is node retarded? Maybe I'll just get rid of the domain stuff and just let workers die. Not like it happens frequently with koa. The only time I've noticed my process crashing is with SSL client errors

haha, pretty much. to make it work, co needs to store a pointer to the domain you'd want, like in #78

the more i read up on domains, the more i find them useless. i think this utility does it right now - gracefully exists the worker and routes new requests to other workers.
