This would be a useful feature. Use case: given a server with a /ping route a load balancer hits as a mechanism to determine availability. Now log lines for /ping are being produced every ~1s. I don't really want to log /ping at all.

Nice, @dcboy . Send a PR! Though, likely hood of merging into this repo seems unlikely since the owner hasn't responded to activity here. Users are probably better off finding a maintained solution.
