About Me 😃

🎓 Advanced Student in the Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the Universidad Nacional del Oeste 📚

I am a student about to receive my Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional del Oeste, where I have delved into economic analysis, statistics, and mathematics. Currently, I am combining my economics education with technical skills in Python and Machine Learning to explore the world of data science.

💡 My Path 🚀

From a solid foundation in computer science acquired at Technical Secondary School No. 5 Merlo, where I learned C++, HTML5, CSS, C#, and Excel, to a university career focused on economic analysis, my goal is to integrate these technical and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions in data.

🔧 Main Skills and Experience 🛠️

  • Database Management Systems: PostgreSQL, SQLite
  • Cloud Data Analysis Platform: BigQuery
  • Programming Languages: Python
  • Python Libraries:
    • Data Analysis, Cleaning, Feature Engineering, and Operations:
      • Pandas, NumPy
    • Machine Learning & Deep Learning:
      • TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Optuna
    • Statistical Analysis:
      • SciPy, StatsModels
    • Data Visualization:
      • Seaborn, Matplotlib, Plotly
    • Web Scraping:
      • BeautifulSoup
    • Geospatial Analysis:
      • GeoPandas, Folium

In 2023, during my studies, and through the official provision of the university, I was granted permission to participate as a volunteer assistant in an official university research project, which lasted for more than a year. The project focused on international trade relations between Mercosur and China and their economic impact on the Province of Buenos Aires. There, I was able to apply many of my Python skills for the visualization of the collected data.

🌟 My Mission and Goals 🌟

My goal is to use my skills in programming and data analysis to address problems in the financial field and improve time series algorithms. I seek to learn new tools and incorporate better techniques, and I am excited about the potential of data science and Deep Learning in strategic decision-making.
