Hmm, I'm not exactly sure what is wrong here, what is argv[1]? How did you run the program? If no argument was passed it tries to open an invalid filename. Argument checking is not yet implemented.

Edit: I just saw: argc=1, so no additional argument was passed, which then results in argv[1] being uninitialized/invalid. I will close this issue when argument checking is implemented. Should be done in a few minutes.

Thanks for this issue, it looks like there are some more weird things happening (for example opening the input file twice). Also looking at the old main.c and the readme shows me that argument handling was done better before, I'll see that I update that.
