Looking at the source code, up isn't defined.

KSPlayerLayer.swift

#if canImport(UIKit)
    public typealias UIViewType = KSPlayerLayer
    public func makeUIView(context: Context) -> UIViewType {
        let view = makeView(context: context)
        let swipeDown = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
        swipeDown.direction = .down
        view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeDown)
        let swipeLeft = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
        swipeLeft.direction = .left
        view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeLeft)
        let swipeRight = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
        swipeRight.direction = .right
        view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeRight)
        return view
    }

你可以试下加一下
let swipeUp = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
swipeUp.direction = .up

看下有没有其他问题。没有问题的话,我就加进去

Thanks, I added that code myself yesterday and had no issues since.

There is a small error in your commit

let swipeUp = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
swipeUp.direction = .up
view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeRight)

view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeRight)
should be

view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeUp)

There is still an issue

let swipeDown = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
        swipeDown.direction = .down
        view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeDown)
        let swipeLeft = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
        swipeLeft.direction = .left
        view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeLeft)
        let swipeRight = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
        swipeRight.direction = .right
        let swipeUp = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: context.coordinator, action: #selector(Coordinator.swipeGestureAction(_:)))
        swipeUp.direction = .up
        view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeUp)

view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeRight)

is now missing.
