Hi, I don't think what you're asking is physically possible. I believe the grainfather controller simply turns the power to the pump/heating element on or off.
What would you like to achieve by manually controlling the 'power'?
If it's to regulate the temperature you could just write a simple program that reads the current temperature and turn the heating element based on/off that input.
If it's to slow the pump down, I don't think that's possible unfortunately.
Do correct me if I'm wrong or misunderstood your question. It's still a mystery to me what the developers mean by 'power mode' tbh, I can only guess.
EDIT: after a bit of research about distilling using the G30, I learned that it is in fact possible to change the power output to achieve a slower flow of alcohol. I tested manual power mode myself, but there doesn't seem to be any way of changing the output% via Bluetooth. I also looked at the official app, but it doesn't have said functionality either.
