@abitrolly appveyor was enabled, however it was recongnizing this as a MSBuild project.
Good news is that changing the configuration option above helped to make the project green again.
Bad news is that .appveyor.yml is not taken into account, so no tests are executed.

@nott AppVeyor can not checkout the code from GitHub, because credentials stored on AppVeyor side are invalid. That's why it can not access appveyor.yml. To fix this, you need to remove AppVeyor integration from this repo and add it again.

@nott have you looked into removing and adding AppVeyor integration to this repo again? I don't want to break tests when upgrading dependencies.
