When configuring the net work, clicking on "save" button will always send the " PUT" request that update this information. Either (1)changing the API for "PUT" request which allows the blank update to have the IP deleted or (2)added a new API to have this deleted can be fine. In (2), we can either allow the blank input as deleting or another button

I think a DELETE button or CLEAR button, makes more sense.

A new fix, which keeps the current libvirt implementation, was sent to ginger-dev mailing list:
