You can already do this, using the time/date requirement, assuming the alarm is always the same time. Just add a requirement where it only shows between two times.
Doing it dynamically would be more complex as the alarm complication is updated by a broadcast, and doesn't currently have a concept of time. It'd need another alarm (as in the system one, not an alarm clock alarm) to update accurately.
