Object info queries about anari-docs HOT 1 CLOSED

This function could replace the current anariGetObjectParameters since anariGetObjectInfo can return the same information provided we add a ANARI_PARAMETER_LIST type allowing the function to return an array of ANARIParameter structs.

Theoretically it could also replace anariGetObjectSubtypes but that would require special semantics where passing NULL as the objectSubtype refers to the collection of subtypes instead of a specific one, but only if the the type has subtypes in the first place. Doing the same with an "anonymous" type like ANARI_INSTANCE would refer to a specific type again.

Edit: It could however cleanly replace the static extension query function mentioned here by asking about the device object #21 (comment)
