@dakull, thanks for the feedback. I'll take a closer look at this (more specifically, the ACS configurations I'm using it in) and see if it warrants a bug fix or maybe just some callouts in the wiki documentation so others are aware of it.

@dakull and @andrew2005, thanks for the feedback on this... This particular issue is something that I've never encountered since I typically configure the RP realm URI with the following format:

https://some-organization.com/relying-party-name

ACS never automatically added a trailing slash for me...

I did test this pretty extensively though and tried to tweak every configuration combination I could think of. ...and as promised, I added this issue to the wiki documentation so hopefully no one else burns time on this. Check out the wiki page and feel free to add to it if you think I missed something.
